What are Factor’s delivery times?
Factor meals are delivered on Monday and Tuesday. Choose your preferred delivery day time and select a time when you place your order.
How do you keep my meals fresh while out for delivery?
Keeping your meals safe and fresh is a top priority. Your Factor meals are delivered in chilled vans and in boxes containing an insulated liner and ice packs. Once delivered, the meals can stay cool for a few hours, but it's recommended to put them in the fridge as soon as possible.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
No. The courier will follow your special delivery instructions if you aren’t home to receive your box.
How much extra do you charge for delivery?
Factor only works with trusted delivery partners to ensure your box arrives promptly and safely. Your delivery costs are charged separately from your box price and are calculated at check-out.
How long will my meals stay fresh after delivery?
Each meal has an “Enjoy By” date printed on the clear plastic film. Your meals will stay fresh until then when stored correctly in the fridge.
