If you want to cancel your Factor subscription, you can do so up to five days before your order arrives.
Simply go to your Factor app, right where you order your ready meals, and choose to either skip a week or pause your subscription for a while.
Can I pause my subscription?
You can easily pause your Factor subscription. In the Factor app, you can easily pause and start your subscription whenever you want.
